“What struck me most was the staff's genuine helpfulness, even going the extra mile on a Sunday morning. The rooms have a classic, unfussy feel, and mine offered a lovely lake view. Breakfast was a highlight, served with equally friendly service in a dining room that also overlooks the water; Wi-Fi, however, could use an upgrade.”
